Payment Process
To book your event or wedding, we require $1,000.00 as a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, accompanied by a signed contract. And then 50% is requested of the total event final price. We accept payment in the form of certified check, cash or credit card*. The remaining 50% of your rental balance are due 10 days prior to your wedding or event.
*Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee
Holding Dates
You are more than welcome to hold any one date for one weeks from the date of your tour. Once another client challenges your hold after that one-week timeframe, you have two days to make a decision.
